A practical daily workflow

1. Set services and rates

   Separate dry cleaning, ironing and wash services. Organize garment variants in your rate card. Use kg for weight services and sq-ft for appropriate area services.

2. Record the order

   Add the customer, garments, quantities and due date. Review the bill before saving. Print or manually share it using WhatsApp.

3. Keep work visible

   Update orders when ready. Staff can find the current state when a customer calls. Receiving a manually shared bill does not require another customer app.

4. Collect and deliver

   Record partial or full payments and see the remaining balance. Normal delivery requires a paid order; an owner can make an exception with a recorded reason.

5. Review the day

   Review sales, payments, expenses and dues. Reports depend on what your team records; software cannot correct cash that was never entered.
