Trial requests

We receive the name, phone, optional shop name, city and message, selected plan and language you submit. We use these to respond and arrange the trial you request. The form asks permission to contact you by phone or WhatsApp.

We attach the landing-page path, referring website hostname and bounded campaign labels such as utm_source to understand which pages lead to enquiries. Do not put personal information in campaign links. Tool entries are not included.

Enquiries are stored in Supabase; WashBhai may receive an email notification through Cloudflare. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive customer information.

Tools and demo

Bill, customer and rate-card entries are processed in your browser. These tools do not upload entries or save a customer database. Print or download before leaving. Anyone with access to downloaded files may be able to read them.

Traffic and browser storage

Cloudflare delivers the site and processes network traffic. If enabled on the site, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. Our scripts use session storage to remember the entry page and campaign labels during your visit. The site works when browser storage is unavailable. These scripts do not add advertising cookies.

Questions and deletion requests

Contact WashBhai support at WashBhai support about your website enquiry or to request deletion. Identify it using the submitted contact details; do not send passwords. This notice does not set a new retention policy for shop transaction records.
